Returns Policy

Unless the packaging or product is faulty, we do not accept any returns. If you haven’t tried our perfumes before, buying a sample pack can help with deciding upon the best scent for you.

For any parcels that are returned to us and marked as unclaimed, the process is as follows; We will contact the customer and either arrange a redelivery at the cost of the customer for the return of the parcel, or offer a refund of the order minus the cost of the original shipping cost.
